About Maja
My Education
After growing up with several amazing artists in my family, I gained a passion for art and storytelling through their influence. I decided to study at Cardiff Metropolitan University, getting a Bachlor in animation. While attending classes there I learned alot about visual and artistic storytelling, and I pushed myself to express myself in new interesting ways.
My Skills
My love and interest in art is broad and includes many categories, I have a passion both for painting, digital art, graphic novels and animation. I use many different mediums and hope to tap into lots of different artforms. For most of my art pieces I've utilized Guache paint or digital art programs.
My Experience
After graduating from my university I worked as a Colorist for studio Bumpybox on the feature length film project "Kensuke's Island". This was a very formative experience as my biggest dream is being able to bring the joy of art to as many people as I can.
